Binance keeps extending my account review but refuses to tell me what I actually violated.

My Binance account has been underneath evaluate since June 23.
At first, help advised me the evaluate can be accomplished around July 15. Now they’ve extended the estimated completion date to August 3.
The problem isn’t just the delay. Each time I ask what particular part of the Terms of Use I allegedly violated, they refuse to reply.
They only maintain repeating:
“Your account has transacted with addresses outdoors of our Terms of Use.”
“Please wait.”
I’ve repeatedly asked:
Which wallet tackle triggered this?
Which transaction are you referring to?
Which actual part of the Terms of Use did I allegedly violate?
None of these questions have been answered.
I am absolutely KYC verified and have cooperated with each request Binance has made. I’ve offered all the things they requested for and have patiently waited for weeks.

Has anybody experienced something comparable?
