Block-By-Block: Who Moved Coins During the 88-90k Bounce? (Here are the last 3 million BTC moves in one video)

This video is a block-by-block replay of the recent bounce off 88-90k in Bitcoin, compressed into a short clip.

What you’re seeing:

• Top panel:

• Orange line = BTC price.
• Tiny bars along the midline = realized PnL (USD) for each block (green ≈ profit, red ≈ loss).

• Bottom panel:

• Each bar shows how much BTC was spent in that block, split into age bands on a log scale (hours → years).
• The bars fade out over the next few frames, so you can see short-lived bursts of activity in specific age groups as the move plays out.

Every frame = 1 Bitcoin block, and the animation runs at 8 blocks per second, so you’re watching this section of the chain in fast-forward.

The goal here isn’t to call a bottom or predict direction, just to show which cohorts were actually moving coins while price was retracing ~30% from the local high.

If you watch closely you can see how much of the action comes from short-term coins vs older UTXOs that have been sitting for months or years.
