European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde stopped Binance from operating in the European Union

It says Lagarde needed to keep controversial Binance out of the EU as a result of they pleaded guilty to financial-crime violations in the U.S. Although she is a little bit of a crypto skeptic, she didn't personally blocked the MiCA purposes of other main exchanges.
