https://bitcoin.org/en/full-node#linux-instructions shows a signature that expired and nothing can get verified with it. Namely, the latest one: 01EA 5486 DE18 A882 D4C2 6845 90C8 019E 36C2 E964. I did not even tried the older ones.
https://bitcoincore.org/en/download/ instructions work smoothly.
Is there something I did wrong regarding the main website's instructions? Did anyone who has core managed to verify anything from there?
Why are there two websites to begin with? Doesn't this make it a bit confusing? Especially since they don't seem to even be in sync.
