No cash - Bitcoin only

I stumbled over this photo, and it made me ponder if anyone runs their business solely on bitcoin and nothing else?

Bitcoin has been around for more than 16 years now and everyone here is talking about adaptation and second layer lightning solutions, but it seems to me like there's still a long way to go before cash is truly obsolete

Do you know anyone that can sustain a business paid in bitcoin only, where you live?
