Want to delete my account

Hello,

I made the account and virtually acquired scammed. I tried to close the account but was not occurring so deleted the app long time ago. Now it's not obtainable on Google store and my telephone gained't permit to obtain the apk file for top dangers. I tried closing it from the website however it retains saying I have to shut the wallet first which is seemingly solely attainable to access from the app (stated by the client help).

Can anyone tell me the way to delete this account and remove my knowledge from them? The client help couldn't assist.
